Liked:It was a room good enough for 3 since we had our son travelling with us which was good. It was clean and well maintained and the staff was very helpful.

Disliked:Location is an issue since the connectivity of underground is a bit away from the hotel although the bus connectivity is good. They were not happy to refill water in the room everyday. We were a family of 3 and paid a lot for this room and everyday even after regular request they would leave only 1 can. The biggest issue of this hotel is the "tray charges". Everytime you order something they charge 6 quid as a tray charge!!!!

I like this hotel it suited my trip to queens and ascot but it is expensive compared to other cities

Liked:Staff are great in this hotel from the front desk to cleaning of the room to the restaurant..it’s well run and top management keeping an eye on everything with younger staff

Disliked:When you eat breakfast sometimes the staff think you are finished.maybe ask the guests to leave back the occupied card to the desk or turn it over would help nuts that’s a minor issue otherwise staff in restaurant are excellent
