Hmm ! Probably due a refurb / shower leaked /don’t take a big car and be prepared for expensive parking ! Great

Liked:Location - ideal to be near Olympia and along that it had a car park. Reception and bar and breakfast all nice

Disliked:The overall rooms were tired and not a great standard . Shower leaked water all over the bathroom while using , toilet had a slow leak which kept flushing , Aircon clicked . Room was not exactly clean. Car park was £40 per night and tiny!

Lovely Stay

Liked:I have stayed in this hotel many times in the past but have not been in London for a while. It was nice to come back - the staff are very attentive. I had an issue with very noisy neighbours and the front desk came up right away and attended to the issue. The location is ideal as there are bus stops right outside that connect with High Street Kensington underground station. You can also travel straight to Euston Station / Kings Cross from here by bus - will take around an hour. There are also bus connections from Chinatown / Piccadily area. The Royal Albert Hall is also on the bus route without changing. Like many hotels now the Executive Lounge has closed but this hotel offers Diamond members an area of the bar where drinks and snacks are served. A lovely hotel with great staff, a lovely breakfast and in a great location for public transport. Will be back again when in London.
