Lovely hotel but reception staff need better training.

Liked:Comfy beds, lovely welcoming reception area and a short walk from Shepards Bush Station.

Disliked:When we checked in, the lady at reception gave us no information (e.g bar times, where the lifts are) and barely spoke to us. She handed us our room key after I told her my name and that was it, she didn’t even check my ID.

Disliked:It’s very outdated and not like the other Hilton hotels in various locations. The cleanliness was not great and the bathrooms were old.
