some simple additions would make this property much better

Just as explained and shown on the hotels page, nothing less nothing more.

Liked:Pleasant experience, the hotel and the staff were very nice. Very close to Euston Train Station, that was important for our train trips.
Disliked:Nothing went wrong. Only complaint can be the check-out warning. Some lady knocked our door and told us it is time for check-out. The weird thing is it was 10am and we had 2 more hours. We found it quite unpolite. But one staff’s behavior can’t blame the rest.
