Disliked:A/C didn’t work and fans offered were broken. Was told it was over booked so another room wasn’t possible. I stay lots of times here and this was unacceptable. Had to strip the cover off the duvet as it was too hot and the duvet was stained when stripped.

A home away from home, but room tidiness needs improvement

Liked:Breakfast offered a variety of food provisions.

Disliked:Room cleanliness need improvement. On some days, room cutlery was never cleaned, glasses never changed. I recall one day when trash bag was left in the room on my return in the evening.
