Liked:The room was spotlessly clean with tea/coffee facilities and a hair dryer. Great location for Liverpool Street Train station.

Disliked:The room was a lot smaller than anticipated! The picture that comes up on the top of Great St Helen on booking.com was not the room we had! We had a very very small room.

Overall satisfactory.

Liked:Simple check in and out. The bed was very comfortable. Good bathroom facilities and it was good to have a small fridge with cold water.

Disliked:The room was quite small but the price was reflective. There were parts of the room that could have been cleaner. As there was no window the room felt a bit closed in.
