Clean, comfortable with brilliant service

Liked:The room was clean and comfortable, also when we couldn’t get a taxi the receptionist took us to our concert and also picked us up. Above and beyond customer service.

Disliked:Stair carpet was dirty. Very run down building Smell of weed in building and cigarette smell in our bathroom coming from downstairs.

Liked:Waa reasonably convenient for wembley stadium. Was also quite cheap but still didn't live up to expectations.

Disliked:No staff on reception, waited 45 to check in, then another 20 for them to clean a room. Room still wasn't clean. Stains on bedding, mold everywhere, broken toilet seat, dodgy door lock. Parking was a nightmare despite being advertised as parking available. Considered going somewhere else whilst waiting for our room but room prices due to short notice forced us to go ahead with booking. Let in the more without showering due to the condition of the bathroom. Partner also slept in a sleeping bag rather than use the bedding.

Shocking accomodation

Liked:Close to bus route and free parking shower worked well.

Disliked:Poorly maintained and poor standard accomodation. Probably the worst place we've ever stayed Our room consisted of a small double bed and a single bed. The flooring was in poor condition, worn away and shabby to say the least. The room was dirty, dusty skirting boards and several marks on the walls. You could feel the springs of the mattress on the double bed. No curtains on window just thin plastic blinds. Difficult to close the windows due to bars and the latch being broken. Cheap metal framed beds, headboards that were crooked and not fixed to bed or wall so they banged every time we moved or breathed. Only one main light worked in the bedroom area. Room was very noisy and at 6am several trollies were wheeled past right outside our window. Bathroom - Shabby, poorly maintained and dirty. The tap at the basin was not secure and twisted when turning on the water Only hot or warm water available. Toilet seat broken. Yes this is a budget hotel however it fell well below any reasonable standard of cleanliness and repair. In my opinion it should have 1 star at the most We would definitely not return or advise anyone else to stay here.
