Great value stay in a

Liked:Friendly staff, good location, good price . Reasonably priced pub around the corner, 15 minute walk to Euston train station, 10 minutes to St Pancreas, 20 minute walk to theatres, 30 minute walk to Soho, lots of green spaces/parks within short walk, well maintained, would definitely go back.

Disliked:No Aircon in basement room (not a complaint as this was advertised) however, this meant window had to be left open letting in noise from the street and pigeons right outside the window early morning. Next time would book 1st floor or above.

Very nice stay, helpful staff and lovely rooms.

Liked:The rooms were lovely. The location, everything previously scored, was great.

Disliked:There is no elevator, obviously, so when I checked in late on a Friday evening, I was not willing to lug my big suitcase up to the top floor. Nor did I want the older gentleman at the front desk to do so.
