Liked:Sarah on reception went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Lovely style in the hotel as well.

Disliked:Our towels had not been replenished but sorted

Disliked:I didn't like the staff in the.Terrence bar I had a cocktail that was on there website menu and he didn't know it and had to phone a friend, when he did get the ingredients he pestered me after about the taste,was I happy with it and weather he wants me to make what he thinks could be better, I asked if he was going to do it for free as he.seemed not to be happy with what he had made he said I'd have to pay again,, lol ,,, the lower bar much the same with bar staff not knowing what a bar tab is and charging me by the glass untill a waitress (Mia) very helpful and the best in there explained to this Muppet that you could tell hadn't been in the country 5 min what a bar tab was and arranged it,, I went in to one of the converted cells and shut the door to play some music,, after 5 min 2 goons came to my cell like enforcement agent's telling me they have had complaints and can I turn the music down, I turned it down then I thought I'd have to ask and see for my self if the music was loud for them,, I turned the music back to how I had it shut the door and it sounded very low, I asked the guests in the bar if I was upsetting them and apparently wasn't and they didn't no I was playing music and never made a complaint,, what iv heard is that staff are played minimum wage and the place has a revolving door with staff leaving. Would I stop there again?? I'd like to but not until the staff are better trained and can understand English
