They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their exceptional service made us feel genuinely welcome and turned our stay into a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach many attractions and public transport. It also had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed, efficient air conditioning, and two bathrooms, which was very convenient for our family. Liked:Location was great, very convenient to public transportation. Small store on same street. Safe area. Staff very nice. Very clean. Comfortable.

Disliked:Unit was not as pictured and could use some attention (older cabinets, area by washing machine could be made nicer) but it was clean. AC wasn’t properly explained and we didn't figure it out til the last night - but that's on us for not asking.
