We got a warmer welcome from the cat poop than we got from the staff

Liked:Great location and comfy bed

Disliked:Staff weren't helpful at all and every encounter seemed to cause an issue with them. The resident cat left A huge poop in the main hallway, told the staff working reception and half an hour later when we left it was still there. Power cut out at times and some plugs just didn't work.

Liked:The staff were really nice. AC and a cool sleep.

Disliked:It didn’t look like the pictures. There was no sound insulation, anyone walking outside the room was not only audible but also felt like they were about to enter the room. The maintenance room was loud and next door.

Convenient but a bit of a warren.

Liked:Location, convenience, price.

Disliked:Staying in room 8b seems to require Cirque de Soleil credentials. As a 72 year old negotiating the crazy steps, multiple floor levels while holding a yellow a black hazard striped pipe while searching for randomly located light switches was a trial. I suggest this room should be flagged for this.
