Great location but..

Disliked:There was no flat spatula in the kitchen No dish rack for the dishes There were no screens at the windows and a wasp got in. The shower floor is very slippery.. be very careful No A/C in apt no 3 Stairs to get up to the 3rd floor, there are 74 steps No kleenex

Liked:The location couldn't be better!!! 20m from Covent Garden, 100m from the Tube Station, 4-5 min walk to Leicester Square, 6-7 min to Trafalgar Square, 20 min walk to Buckingham and only 5-10 min walking distance from all major west end musicals!!! In walking distance one can find myriads of cafes, restaurants and pubs and 3 nice supermarkets. If you want to be well located for your London visit, this is your place. The interior was as in the pictures. Small, but well equipped, nothing was missing and everything was very clean. For a family of 4 with 2 small kids, no problem at all and the couch although not comfy, was ok. 4 adults would be a problem.

Disliked:The communication was automated and very professional, giving all information needed, however not responsive to messages. We were given a Telefone Nr. to call if necessary (however not 24/7). The warm water was enough only for a quick shower. Then you had to wait long in order to get warm water again. This has to be fixed. The main problem was the stairs. Too many stairs for Apt. 3. And although it is mentioned in the description, I could not imagine that it would be a real problem, but is was. Especially carrying heavy bulky luggage upstairs needs real effort both physically but also with regard to the space, as the stairs are way too narrow. People with heart conditions or untrained persons should better not book this apartment. There is some noise during the day, but nothing tragic.

If you have any questions after reading this email, please contact the property. Please be advised this property operates a self check in process. After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email 3 days before arrival. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability and additional cost. While we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not provide compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line. We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adapters. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
