Very disappointing

Disliked:The room was dingy, there was a back door onto the street, the host kept saying it was safe as the key was in the inside of the door, she also said a few times that the apartment was perfectly safe. There was no parking around the apartment. On arrival the host told us not to park on any of the streets and we would be fined or our car clamped. It was not in an area where we felt safe walking at night and the closest parking garage was some way away so we decided not to stay.

Acceptable - just

Liked:Friendly welcome and great location for our purposes. Ample size room. Good TV. Bed good and clean towels and bedding. kettle and mugs etc. Iron and hairdryer.

Disliked:No hot water on first evening and morning. Curtain rail falling off the wall. Noisy fridge. No mat in bath/shower and no grab rail. No plug in washbasin. No thermostatic shower unit. No coffee or tea. A little stuffy and can't leave the windw open because it is easily acessed from outside. No safe.

Our stay in Londen was great!

Liked:We stayed at the appartment. Appartment was spacious, 2 beds, great kitchen with everything you need! The location is actually perfect, Marlebone is a nice part of londen, bus stops close to the appartment and Marlebone station is just 3 minutes walk.

Good value for money

Liked:Nice location. Very nice staff. The room is very spacious and the bathroom as well. With big windows a lot of light. Kitchen has all the utensils and everything you need.

Disliked:In our first day electricity went out but within 30 minutes someone came to repair it which was good. On our second day the water went out but here again someone came to repair it.
