Excellent location, attentive staff, safe and secure.

Liked:Location was great for exploring central London and an event at Wembley

Disliked:The toilet and shower tray were very high off the floor - not a big problem for us but some people may struggle.

Liked:Lovely location for exploring. Walked to British Museum in about 40 mins, then another 10 and you're on Oxford St. Very handy if you're off to Lord's for the cricket - about 15 mins walk. Baker St is just round the corner with plenty of restaurants and bars, even a couple of traditional pubs. The room was small but immaculate and the bed was super comfy. The continental breakfast satisfied and there's even a good selection of gluten free options

Disliked:Our bathroom was very small. We had to limbo under the basin to sit on the loo and you would struggle to turn round in the shower if you're a little chunky like us. On a plus, it had aircon in the room which outweighed the tiny bathroom

It is a good price for money.

Liked:The breakfast was neither good nor bad. There was coffee, ham, cheese, and eggs. Everything was fresh. There is also AC in the room. The bathroom is really new, spacious, and very well-lit. The toiletries provided were also good.

Disliked:Generally, it was not a bad stay, but we were located on the underground floor, and we could hear noise from the kitchen, which was located near our window from 6:30 AM. The room was not soundproof at all. After 10 AM, we could also hear the housekeeping staff, as their storage room was located near our room.
