Not a happy stay

Liked:Staff was friendly and nice.

Disliked:We booked for a later check out and paid £13 for check out at 2pm then changed our minds and wanted to check out at 6pm which was £15 we were told our refund of £13 would land in our account 3-5 working days later. Its now been over a month and we've still not had the refund even after phoning up customer service and them telling us it would be in our account the following week. When we got to our room there was a plastic spoon on the floor and bits of tissue on the bathroom floor which we thought may have been the cleaner that dropped the spoon and tissue so nothing major. Also the breakfast wasn't worth the £23/£26 for both of us as it was just continental with some hot options like scrambled egg beans and hash browns.
