Liked:A location close to everything, sophisticated design, and high-quality materials used in the accommodation—everything you need is available. I haven't found anything like it during my previous visits to London, and you feel a sense of warmth right from the moment you are welcomed.

Fair value for money

Liked:The location and access were good. Every room except the lounge were very clean. The staff were friendly and polite except one.

Disliked:One of the staff was quite abrupt and sort of marred an otherwise good stay. The lounge sofas were not very clean, had soil marks and ripped. Despite promising to change, nothing was done in our six days of stay. TV sets were very old and there wasn't much to watch. No subscription. A remote was missing for one of the bedrooms. The lounge tv was not smart. One had chrome a cast attached. Strict on check out time despite the apartment being for the rest of the day.
