Liked:I gave the hotel staff a poor rating because I experienced a rather unpleasant situation. The receptionist, Ali, charged my card an additional amount for the room, even though I had already paid for the accommodation in advance through Booking.com, and without my authorization. He also failed to release the €100 deposit that had been held on my card at check-in. After this happened, Ali did not seem to know how to resolve the issue and appeared very confused and inexperienced. Fortunately, his kind colleague Mateja later resolved the situation. She contacted me by email and confirmed that the overcharged amount would be refunded. The total amount in question is €280. While I appreciate Mateja’s professionalism and assistance, the experience with the initial handling of the payment was disappointing and negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel.

Disliked:I believe that when guests return to a hotel year after year, a hotel of this standard should train its reception staff to recognize returning guests, or at least to pay attention to the fact that they are welcoming guests who stay at the hotel regularly.

Excellent hotel, spaceous rooms and good breakfast

Liked:Very nice hotel overall. Spacious rooms, clean. Very comfortable bed, pillow and sheets. Good and rich breakfast

Disliked:It is a little bit pricey. For that value I would expect it to be spotless clean. It was clean, but not spotless. Also, breakfast is very good but overall also a bit expensive
