Liked:Spa facilities were nice though I feel should be included in the price of the stay. Bed was comfortable

Disliked:The stay was below average unfortunately. Very standard rooms for the price. Reception staff couldn’t give us a room key (due to an issue out of their control which is understandable), but this meant we didn’t get a room key until about 11pm. Up until then someone had to come and let us in. We also left some luggage behind the desk whilst waiting for our room to be ready. We then received only 2/3 of our luggage items. When we rang reception to say parts of our luggage were missing, they apologised and said they’d bring it up right away. They never appeared so my partner went down to collect it himself after half an hour, to which they tried to only give him part of the luggage (it was a tshirt and jacket on ONE hanger and the staff member unzipped the jacket which was over the tshirt and tried to only hand the jacket across??)
