Liked:We got a free upgrade to a superior room as it was our anniversary, the room was massive! Bed was comfortable and both bath/shower were great.

Disliked:It's so dark in the hallways and in the room, the lighting isn't the best. we went and had food in the restaurant, the chicken was dry and chips very over cooked, service charge already put on bill at the end. Very disappointing, especially because of the price!

2 night stay for my wife's birthday.

Liked:Majority of staff were brilliant. Very welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to Terry the night porter. Room was huge with very comfortable bed. All amenities for the bathroom were very high grade products. Breakfast was very good. Great selection including an omelette station. Although I would not pay £25 for it if it were not included. Spa facilities were excellent and very relaxing.

Disliked:Some minor cleanliness issues with stains on desk, wallpaper peeling away on one wall, small amount of mould on coffee machine water container and in shower. Communal areas in particular corridors outside room were very dark day and night. If you have poor eyesight or are older you would struggle to see 2 feet in front of you. Shower heads were too high so water pressure was not great. TV does not have access to apps/streaming services and in general was a very complicated TV to use.

A deposit may be required at the property.
