Liked:Nothing likable about such property as it’s a dirty place and such apartment doesn’t deserve to run as a business. Floors was very dirty, mattress a big mess and an unbalanced steel bed which falls apart each time you rolled. The heat temperature was turned on high as 80 degrees and costumers have no access of turning it off or low as his or her comfort , we texted the property owner and he promised to have come over and reduce it, he never did for the number of days we had to deal with such bad and terrible management. Such property doesn’t deserve to be on any website.

Disliked:Nothing with the exception of the location.

Disliked:The property is NOT displayed how the images are posted! Me and my guest flight arrived around 10 am. The email stated that if early check in was available then we will be notified. Check in was from 4-11pm and I communicated several times to request for early check in and the owner was not responding until 4:30. I disclosed my issues with the property owner and basically was told that what I discovered with my eyes was “not true” and later blocked and then proceeded to contact owner on my guest phone and was later blocked again . Again, Check in date was 11/15 and didn’t receive access code from the property owner until the next day 11/16. If it wasn’t for booking customer service finding a way to get me and my guest in the property we would have been sitting outside longer than the 2 hour time frame in an unfamiliar area at night. Pictures are for certain going to be attached. I communicated the pictures to the property owner and again was blocked with no sort of solution or accommodation. Very unprofessional. Owner must be/been in a different time zone due to the “emails/messages” that were sent when I sent, but never received HOURS later or a day later. Steps are unleveled , Quiet hours that were communicated upon booking was not followed by above occupants on second floor, mold was present, hair remains left from previous guest in the tub,worn tiles that are lifting , unclean dishes, back door unlocked and cracked upon arrival, ceilings were in poor condition due to water damage, refrigerator was leaking water entire stay, and most importantly communication is poor. I sent a check out message a day before due to having to relocate due to air not functioning properly. Unfortunately I am limited to photos, but there are more plus videos that will be sent !
