Very pleasant employees of the light and kind

Liked:Ladies at the front desk was very nice, kind and polite, and the hotel was clean

Disliked:The room only had one chair and needs two chairs in the room

Great location. However, comfort and staffing issues proved to be declining.

Liked:Location is Great. Close to stores and restaurants. Also, I have always appreciated staff response to concerns.

Disliked:I have stayed in this location more than 10 times. I usually book 2 queen beds. We were put in a room with full size beds. When I asked about the situation, I was told that they have both full and queen size beds. They are supposed to assign all people who had booked queen beds to either queen or full. Additionally, I asked house keeping for clean towels and I was told to go downstairs and get them myself.
