Liked:Room was clean and spacious. Was set back from the road but there was road noise through the night.

Disliked:The signage to the property was poor. We drove past it heading south, just glimpsed it through the trees after we turned back. Breakfast was poor. Ordered smashed avocado on toast but it was supermarket guacamole squirted onto to cheap white toasted bread.

Ants and damp

Liked:Location. The staff - very helpful but few in number

Disliked:2 night stay - 1st night room infested with ants. Only room left had been flooded from bathroom by previous occupant so stunk of damp. Also , nephew left usb stick in television but staff (who were contacted in good time) were very unhelpful and the usb is presumed lost.

Very good value and convenient location. We will return.

Liked:Excellent value for money. Convenient for us, travelling to Suffolk from the North West. Breakfast good.

Disliked:Not quite as smart as when we have stayed before. Outside of rooms, the building could do with a clean - first impressions are important. The breakfast area could have been cleaner, and flies were unwelcome - it was very hot, so I understand it wasn't easy.
