Lovely stay room and staff are great

Liked:Property was great, staff were amazing, couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! Andres specifically was so helpful and lovely! Food spread and drink options were great .

Disliked:You had to put a $200 deposit down which isn’t stated anywhere before arriving at the property on top of paying for the room of course. The pool wasn’t in use for maintenance for 2 days while we were there, there was no prior notice given about this and when I said this they were quite unhelpful but this could have been a language barrier. I booked it for the pool so it was really annoying that it wasn’t in use for half our stay and we were not pre warned at all about this. The breakfast spread was great but there was a lot of flies on the fruit and hovering over the food. My brother did get food poisoning after the second day we did only eat in the hotel the day before but food poisoning can take a while to kick in and we were in Cusco prior to this.
