Great stay in a comfortable hotel

Liked:Staff were very kind and accommodating, the room was very clean and functional. Loved the terrace upstairs! The breakfast was tasty (eggs, bread, jam/butter, fruit, yogurt, tea and coffee). Location is central, although this is in the business district so going to more touristic areas takes 20-30 mins by car.

Liked:I’m impressed with how large my room was! It had everything needed and tidy comfortable feel. I loved the varied lighting options! Everything was very clean. The bed was perfectly cozy and I had great temperature regulation with the AC unit in the bedroom. I appreciated the kitchen and separate lounge space. I felt completely at home. Shower had great water temp and pressure. Wifi was excellent. Reasonably close to the Westin Convention Center. Fairly safe and quick (10min max) to walk there, the pedestrian bridge over the highway is great, especially if you go when others are crossing the streets around rush hours. I felt fine walking on my own as well, and between sunset and 8pm. Easy walking distance to large grocery stores, restaurants, and banks. I recommend this location for a 3 day conference stay, or longer! Hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood which was awesome. Great windows and airflow options.

Disliked:A little dated but that’s not a big deal. I turned on the TV out of curiosity, I usually don’t watch any, and it was very slow to load - I’d recommend just removing the tv units, especially in the bedroom, they are unnecessary. I think it would be awesome to provide in-room water filters/purifiers. Or a unit in the lounge. It would be great to have deeper/larger bowls and cups.

Special policies for extra guests apply to the Suite Room (which has a sofa-bed): - Only children under the age of 3 can stay in the sofa bed for free - A maximum of two guests over the age of 3 will be charged 30 USD per night to use the sofa bed. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. A deposit may be required at the property.
