They refused to cancel during a category 5 hurricane.

Disliked:They refused to cancel during a category 5 hurricane. It’s not fair to the local community or travelers to encourage travel when we were told by local reporting that it’s not safe and we would have to shelter in place. Obviously nobody can forecast the amount of damage that was done to Kauai during hurricane Lowell but with power out and a scarcity of resources like water, tourists shouldn’t be forced to choose between losing their money and vacationing in a disaster zone. Would not recommend booking with them.

Only Stayed 2 of the 3 nights due to Hurricane Lowell. Checked out 24 hours early to return to Oahu

Liked:Waking up to a beautiful view and enjoying a morning walk along the beach to start the day.

Disliked:The humidity made the comfort level within the unit less than optimal overnight when sleeping. The unit is located on the end of the property close to the public park in which homeless people were noticed to be staying.

Great Location on a Beautiful Island

Liked:The resort is a is a great location close to Kapa'a. The room has many nice updates, including bathrooms and kitchen and hardwood floors.

Disliked:The carpet was a little rough for the wear, and appeared to be left out of the updates.
