Liked:Perfect vacation! Piece of heaven. The room very nice , lake view ,private deck in a renovated building next to the main building in which there are Pizzeria, Bar and breakfast. You can enjoy an active and relaxing stay using all their equipment for free : canoe, swimming in the lake even with life vest , lying in the sun under umbrellas and on comfortable chairs or on sup. The air conditioning works very well. Free parking and a super breakfast with the machine for fresh juice. The bathroom very spacious. Very clean

Exceptional facilities with wonderful breakfast and an excellent restaurant menu with food prepared to a very high stand

Liked:The location is on the ferry routes and a short car or bus ride to Belagio which gives you access to anywhere. The views across and up the lake from here are wonderful.

Disliked:It’s traditional with a modern feel and has been maintained exceptionally well. Lovely facilities with plenty of room. Access to the lakeside restaurant and sun deck is simply across the road.

A beautiful hotel with an amazing location.

Liked:This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views of Lake Como, and the restaurant serves delicious food and excellent drinks. I also loved the lakeside deck, which was perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and swimming in the lake — a wonderful feature that I wasn't expecting.

Disliked:The check-in process could have been better explained. I was not given the Wi-Fi password or informed that the reception entrance would be locked at night, nor was I provided with the access code. As a result, I was locked outside the hotel for more than 30 minutes at 2:00 a.m. without knowing how to get back in. The checkin process and access to the hotel need to be improved. The room would also benefit from blackout blinds or curtains, as the amount of natural light coming in early in the morning made it difficult to sleep.
