Great stay and would definitely recommend

Liked:Lovely hotel with great views. Loved the 'beach' area by the lake and the swimming pool. Room really comfortable and nice extras

Disliked:Staff a little bit pushy suggesting expensive taxi usage - we walked and used the ferries and buses which as long as you were organised in terms of timing worked well

Beautiful hotel and amazing lake views, but some details could be improved

Liked:Really nice and modern hotel right in front of the lake, with large rooms and spacious bathrooms, very comfortable beds and lovely terraces with amazing views over the lake. The staff were super helpful and friendly too.

Disliked:When you’re paying around €700 per night, I think you naturally expect some small details to be included, like not having to pay extra for an omelette or poached eggs at breakfast. The sun loungers by the pool could also have some cushions to make them a bit more comfortable, rather than having to lie directly on the mesh. We also found the restaurant prices quite high. Paying around €20 for a pizza feels a little excessive when there are other places just next to the hotel where you can have a really good pizza for around €10, with incredible views over the lake. So overall, considering the price and the level of the hotel, I think these are some areas where the experience could definitely be improved.
