Charming hotel which falls short of its potential.

Liked:Location, suite, garden and charm. Some staff were excellent.

Disliked:The social media postings create expectations that the hotel doesn’t always live up to. The restaurant dinner menu was limited and didn’t change over several nights so you need to find other options nearby if you don’t mind driving. Understaffing in the restaurant can frustrate those who expect sharper service.

Relaxing stay but overpriced breakfast

Liked:Beautiful location and nice facilities. Very tranquil and relaxing. Staff members are friendly. Restaurant was excellent.

Disliked:The breakfast is overpriced and lacks variety. Lots of ants in our family room that keep showing up despite the hotel having used the insect spray. Lots of mosquitos when we sat outdoor to have our dinner. All of us got dozens of mosquito bites after dinner.
