Lovely inn, wonderful team of staff and a very comfortable stay.

Liked:Really lovely and accommodating staff. My original flight was cancelled and they made amendments to my reservation at no additional charge. They also noted that since I my trip was shortened by a day and I was going to the Jacob's Pillow Gala, they upgraded my room so that I could have plenty of space to get ready. Very kind and considerate. I would recommend.

Disliked:The entrance and exit to the parking lot was a little confusing at first, and google maps suggestions go against the entrance and exit signs. Only made the mistake once and was fine after that.

This hotel was so much more beautiful and fixed up than had expected- I cant wait to come back.

Liked:The pool! Beautiful landscaping and nice grounds overall. The front desk staff was very polite and i got a nice room wth a mountain view as I has asked. Love the Yankee.

Disliked:Management should schedule lawnmowing to happen in between check out and the nect guests' check in. I was trying to sit by the pool on the morning after the concert and the guy on the lawnmower was going for half an hour at least. I went back to my room to sit on the porch and he was soon mowing the lawn under the balcony. Just would make sense to let guest enjoy your beautiful grounds peacefully.

Wonderful and easy, convenient spot to explore the area.

Liked:The interior of the hotel and the rooms exceeded the expectations and was deceiving given how the Inn looks from the road. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great shower! We utilized the pool area and the snacks from the lobby.

Disliked:There were not sufficient amount of usable umbrellas on the pool deck.
