Disliked:The floor in my room was dirty there were crumbs all over the table a loaf of bread and a half eaten bag of chips in the top drawer I had to take out trash and on top of it I got charged 100 extra dollars for room damage when I have no idea what that's about

Terrible experience. Trashy and dishonest management. I got sick after eating the waffles!

Liked:Management is trashy here and if you make a complaint to them, they won't accept it and will become rude and disrespectful. to you, although other staff are nice. I got sick after eating the waffles and when I reported this to management, I was treated in a very hostile way by them. Management are trashy people and you don't want to stay here. Breakfast is pretty bad to start off with, with their only offering cereal and self-made waffles, and nothing else, and I got sick after eating the waffles. They have no elevator here. This is not a good place to stay.

Clean and comfortable

Liked:The front desk ladies were very kind and professional. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding, and checking in and out was smooth. The only complaint is if checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. why is housekeeping knocking on your door continuously at 10:30 am??
