Liked:The property had parking and was close to the Interstate.

Disliked:The property is dated. The room I was originally assigned to was not ready. It was dirty with food left over, HVAC unit cover off, maintenance appeared to still be in progress, vacuum cleaner still out etc. I was transferred to a different room which was cleaner but still dated !

Liked:The room layout itself was nice but the shower was old.

Disliked:Ehen checking in The staff person dealing with one customer in front of me for a very long time that didnt have the money to pay and I had to wait and wait as they tried over and over for them to try card after card. Also the items having patchy spot in the sealing throughout the building. The breakfast was less than bad

Miserable. We will never stay there again.

Liked:Location. We have stayed for several years.

Disliked:First photo-stain on mattress pad; second photo-blood stains on pillow; third photo-bug found on bed sheet when coverlet turned back; fourth photo-caked feces in toilet edge. Toilet seat was loose and sliding around. Wallpaper falling off dining area since a year ago. Stains on carpet in hallways. Public women’s restroom had out of order signs on both stalls. Light was out in one stall. I flushed toilets and they worked fine. I told the front desk about the toilet stalls and he said he had no idea. When I showed the pics to the clerk he said he would just look at them, but I insisted on sending them to his phone. The mattress was very uncomfortable and hard. Pillows were past worn out.
