Didn't realize there was construction happening

Liked:The room was clean and the breakfast was good

Disliked:I didn't realize there would be construction during our stay. It was scheduled to start at 7 AM but they started hammering right outside our door at 6:30. We were told to notify the front desk if they started before 7, but what was the point? We were already awake and they would start at 7 again anyways. As it seemed they were working on our side of the hotel only I'm not sure why they didn't put us on the other side of the hotel. If there hadn't been the construction issue I would have given a higher rating.

Liked:Comfty beds and soft sheets, nice breakfast food and atmosphere and I liked being able to have a hot chocolate in the evening. Having my dog with me was great since she enjoyed it too since there was lots of grassy area that we could walk around.
