Liked:Location was close to what we wanted to do. Enjoyed the beach.

Disliked:Room had termites, even in the bed we slept in. We did not notice until next morning. When we brought to staff attention at front. They stated there was nothing to be done. On our third night when a different hotel staff assisted we were given another room.

Disliked:They should clearly inform guests before they book that the hotel’s child age policy is 0–12 years old, while Booking.com’s child age policy is 0–17 years old. Because this difference is not clearly disclosed during the booking process, guests may unexpectedly be required to pay additional charges upon arrival.

Do not waste your money going to this resort.

Liked:The staff is great. They are very attentive and friendly.

Disliked:The rooms and the furniture are old and in need of upgrading. The whole resort needs an urgent renovation. There was mold in the hallway in the villa I was staying. The water in the bathroom is salty and horrible. The food in the buffet is disgusting and always the same. The buffet is crowded and the place feels like a school cafeteria. The beach is beautiful but you can't get lounge chair unless you get up at 5 am. The pool is too small for the resort and very crowded. The people that visit this resort are rude tourists from South America. I do not recommend this resort.
