Liked:New furniture and new building. Could easily check in even at late hours.

Disliked:There was no elevator and our apartment was on the 5th floor. The bathroom was mouldy and was smelling bad even with the window open. There was a problem with the door of the bathroom sometimes it was stuck and needed an extra push to open it. There were some very small insects in the room (maybe because of the humid in the bathroom). There was no socket to charge your phone next to the bed!!

Liked:Mostly nice and functional. Super customer support to respond fast and gently to my questions, make sure everything went well

Disliked:Apartment equipped to the minimum to be rented as much as possible, purely functional in its more negative meaning, reducing as much all items (no cupboard to put cloths, very basic and noisy AC, nothing to hang serviettes nor toilet paper, no basic kitchen items, salt, paper, cloth to dry plates.. nothing major but it felt limited) then left a bit abandoned, bathroom needing to be renovated, old mattress, old furniture on the balcony..) To know beforehand, the apartment is on the 5th floor, without lift will be hard but those not too fit and/or with suitcase. And though we see it on the map, consider that it’s a long way to the beaches

Passable

Liked:Nice area, spacious apartment, easy entrance.

Disliked:The apartment was on the 5th floor with no elevator. So, it was very difficult to go up. The worst was to forget something on your way out. If you also consider the heat of Cyprus it was making things very difficult. Also, the shower was not in a good condition. There was some damage in it. Finally, the TV was having an Android system and no account connected to it. So, every time someone had to log in in order to see something which was too complicated thing to do just for few days.
