Nice relaxed family vacation

Disliked:The wifi was free but disconnecting a lot and had no internet most of the time.

Wonderful hotel, location, staff & service

Liked:Very polite and helpful staff, good buffet breakfast, nice location, clean hotel and pools, lovely facilities and daily gifts / samples sent to the room was a nice touch.

Disliked:Pool towels need an upgrade & TVs to be checked they are in working order before guests check in to room, everything else was perfect!

Great but for the spa

Liked:Really great hotel. We went for our anniversary and they had champagne waiting for us in our room and gave us another gift the next evening. Nice pools. Plenty of sun beds Great place to disconnect and relax.

Disliked:Whilst everything was great with the hotel. The spa really let it down. There is no nice waiting area and nowhere to hang out and relax after your massage. The area where are you are invited to relax afterwards is full of families with kids making a noise and no staff were prepared to ask them to leave... In addition, we both got short changed with 2 of our massages. My wife got a 90 minute massage and the masseuse ended after 65 minutes and my 60 minute massage wasn't even 50 minutes. Its the most expensive spa in the area. If your looking for a hotel spa, maybe look elsewhere.
