Liked:You rent an entire apartment located in a very quiet area. The apartment offers an equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, closing rack, and washing machine. The balcony is large, with floor-to-ceiling sliding windows in both rooms that provide plenty of bright daylight. Additionally, a Metro Supermarket is nearby.

Disliked:To enter the apartment, you have to reach the 4th floor, and there is no elevator. This makes it very difficult, especially if you arrive as a single woman with heavy luggage—you'll get to the 4th floor wet like a river. The sofas have already seen their best days, or maybe we’re just used to stuff from people who don't care, which is quite sad. Also, the shower needs a thorough deep cleaning; there are stains and mold from shampoo leftovers and shower gel.

Liked:The place is renovated, funcional, comfortable and clean. The parking space can only fit 2 cars. If you are unlucky and there are two cars already there, you can just park in the street. It works remotely with an agent that is easy to reach and gives you detailed instructions about how to get into the apartment.

Disliked:Location was far by foot from the city center and points of interest. The building doesn’t have an elevator (the hole is there but sees that it is not installed yet). So, going to the 4th floor can be exhausting when you have bags
