Great location, nice staff

Liked:Beautiful hotel design, very friendly staff, and an excellent location. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy, which made the stay very comfortable overall.

Disliked:The only downside for us was the breakfast, which felt a bit limited and not as good as expected compared to the rest of the hotel experience. We also felt that the overall value for money did not fully meet our expectations, as the stay felt somewhat expensive for what was offered.

Peaceful stay, welcoming staff, and central location to Kyoto Activities.

Liked:I liked the location to the train stations and Nishiki Market. I also appreciated the staffs' professionalism, and the hotel's amenities, and cleanliness.

Disliked:Our room windows had a window covering that didn't allow us to see outside so it felt a bit stuffy.

Very good location but disappointing !

Liked:Perfect location and great staff … some of the staff go out of their way to help you, amazing touch !

Disliked:The rooms … NO storage, not a single drawer available for personal belongings and the hanging space is tiny !!! Our room was a total mess as a result of it ! The views are not great ! Breakfast is chaotic … queues at times to get a table, the buffet is poor and above all everything is always empty !!! You have to ask the chefs/waiters to fill everything up ! Furthermore nobody comes to clear your table either … piles of plates and cups on a side table !!! It’s a mess ! This is not a 5* hotel … sadly !!! It
