Cancellation

Important Information
An extra bed or baby cot is not available in the Double Room. For group bookings, please provide the property with the full name of each guest staying in the room in the Special Request box at time of booking. From Friday, October 1, 2021, we will change the hotel parking fee as follows. 【Before】 Free until 12:00 on the check-out date 【After】 1,500 yen (per night) until 12:00 on the check-out date Renovation work on the 5th floor will be carried out daily from 09:00 to 17:00 between 17th November 2025 and 28th February 2026. Guests may experience some noise from 11:00 to 15:00.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
