Not worth the money at all.

Liked:The location is close to several restaurants. Walkable to a supermarket.

Disliked:The front desk staff was rude, not listening and refusing to extend basic courtesy. English was broken to non-existent or the staff just avoided speaking it for lack of confidence and training. The whole stay felt cold. The lobby area is small. It was a run down hotel with robots running the show.

Spacious room with excellent Onsen

Liked:Great hotel and facilities. Location was a bit far for me , would have preferred to be closer to busier streets as there was not much close by but only 10min walk to Kyoto station. Was very clean and the Onsen was huge with great amenities. Room was a great size. Staff were excellent and booked taxi for us when needed. Cannot comment on food as we ate elsewhere in a coffee spot close by but looked very busy every morning.

Good hotel close the Hakata Train Station with lots of small to medium restaurants close by for meals

Liked:Option to heat a meal if required. Microwave oven on each floor.

Disliked:Breakfast meals are expansive
