Excellent location, awesome value, really enjoyed it.

Liked:The hotel is located very close to Kyoto train station, walking distance. Easy to travel to other destinations even walking to and from the station with your heavy luggage. We have arrived from Tokyo and stayed in Kyoto for 3 nights. We also took a day trip to Osaka. Perfect location really. The room was spacious.

Disliked:There are not enough laundry machines, hehe.

Liked:Fantastic location. Helpful staff who were happy to speak to me in Japanese AND English. Room was much bigger than expected. Couldn't ask for a better base to explore Kyoto from and I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!

Disliked:It's a little difficult to tell if they're open or not! But this is really nitpicking!
