Next time...I'll try the Mitsui or Ritz Carlton.

Liked:The place is less than two years old, so things are newish looking and well-appointed. The staff seemed courteous and efficient, but the place is so crowded (with what appeared to be large groups) that no feeling of 'personalized' service was possible.

Disliked:The Executive Lounge is a joke. It is crowded beyond what one would expect. This is clearly not a luxury hotel and the Exectutive Lounge offers no sense of exclusivity or restricted access. The hotel clearly caters to large tour groups, and also to guests who book rooms specifically with executive lounge access so that they can save money on dinner. Most upscale hotels that offer executive lounges with 'cocktail hours' during the evening might have some light snacks or hors d'oeuvres, This Hilton's lounge provides what amounts to a limited dinner buffet (of pretty sketchy food) which never-the-less encourages guest (many of whom are families with small children) to descend on the place in hoards. So - if you expect the Executive Lounge to be a nice place to relax at the end of the day with a cocktail...then think again. It is a zoo.

Liked:Spacious rooms, good facilities, clean , comfortable and excellent service throughout apart from the restaurant.

Disliked:The Restaurant was not up to the Hilton standard. Breakfast time was chaos, too busy, food not restocked quickly enough, tea and coffee from machines, no glasses for juices etc. Evening meal in the Italian restaurant was a great disappointment.
