Liked:Great location. Across the street from Kyoto Station and next door to large electronic store. Walking distance to Teamlab. The amenities they provided in the lobby (snacks, kids slippers/toothbrush, bath salts. Nice touch! Also, laundry room.

Disliked:Room was a bit small, but carpet in room was old and dirty looking.
