Do not come here trust me

Liked:Location is not worth it. The rooms are so tiny with 2 adults you feel crammed. The WiFi goes in and out and most times can’t even connect for 30 minutes (bad for an hotel for business event) and the food is not good. This hotel is not family friendly. The there are only 3 washing machines for this big building. And the pillows aren’t even real pillows they’re beaded. Worst sleep of my life. Only stay here is you’re here for 1-2 nights by yourself staying here 3 nights was hell. Never again coming to APA

Good hotel for business visit stay

Liked:The hotel is suited for persons who are on business trips as the rooms are quite small. The breakfast menu is also not lavish but meets the requirements. The whole place is extremely clean and the check in, check out process is very smooth. The staff as usual in Japan is very courteous. The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage, very near to Kyoto Station

Pretty close to the train station

Liked:We are pretty sure there was a little mold in one of the rooms we were in but they were willing to relocate us to another room which was no problem. It's a pretty decent hotel the rooms are small but that's like that in most hotels in Japan I suppose. There's washing machine and dryer that you can use but be prepared to wait in line for those especially during high season. The staff were very nice and overall we were satisfied. It's pretty close to the train station too which is probably the best thing about the hotel.

More than pleasant stay

Liked:Second APA hotel in Japan on our travels, and I preferred it over the Osaka one we had stayed in Yes, small rooms, but that is not hidden from their online room descriptions, we thankfully had hand luggage and so suitcases, so thankfully to suitcase jenga required, and we didn't spend a huge amount of time in there. Breakfast was much better with a buffet than the last hotel we stayed in. Hot food could have been warmer, but it was nice having the option to chose what we wanted. Loved the fresh olive bread and granola each day. Me and my husband both tried our first onsen experience here and enjoyed it so much we went back every night, was a welcome distress after a day of walking round. Around 6pm was very busy, better to go earlier or later to avoid lots of people Good location for subway, trains as well as local restaurants and attractions.
