Came Here Only for the View

Liked:I like the stunning view from our room, we can see the surfers riding the waves. The room is quite spacious and so the bathroom.

Disliked:At first, I didn’t feel welcome when we arrived. Nobody greeted us and we waited in our car for some time. Until I stepped out and tried to put my luggage myself, someone came and asked “how can I help you?”. I expect more from this property as a five star Marriott, especially for the service. No signage to the mall, so I have to ask the staff to guide us. And it is very uncomfortable walk as we have to climb down and climb up the stairs. Not good if we use baby stroller. I know there is a lift, but we have to go through the meeting rooms and might get lost in there. The baby crib is not comfortable for my son. It has hard surfaces that might injure him when he’s sleeping (the picture attached). No pillows, no blankets. Hope they change it to a more comfortable one like the next picture.

Liked:I love the room I booked, which has a direct sea view with a balcony. Even in the middle of a terrible stormy days I still could enjoy myself sitting in the room and watched the big waves of the sea. And there is a direct access to the Sidewalk mall which was helpful so we can go out without going through the rain and storm. The gym was also good enough for some exercise. The lobby with the bar was great. The Italian restaurant was nice and has an authentic italian food. The staff were friendly and helpful.
