Good for a business stay not a family holiday

Liked:Staff was polite and provided great service . hotel was clean,

Disliked:The breakfast was just ok, some staff lack english understanding, The glasses in the bathroom was not washed cleaned after room cleaning. Paid for upgraded to an executive suite to get a bath, however the bath was leaking.

The price was a bit a high but apart from that, it was great.

Liked:The property was very cleaned and the staff were professional. They cleaned your room daily and you don’t have to chase them up to clean your room as they are always available.

Meanwhile, for prestigious events, a fee of MYR 10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian ID or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
