Clean room , we think once the rest of the work is complete it will definitely be a great place to stay for both busine

Liked:The location and the fact it was quiet outside. Very clean. Air conditioner

Disliked:The fact the bar/lounge wasn’t open, the first morning there was no hot water. Luke warm at the most. But also no cold water out of the tap!! I burnt my hand this morning. Had it on cold and a dribble came out. Turned it slightly and it was boiling. We asked for a couple of extra pillows as I have mobility problems and the one was too flat for me but was told it’s cleaning staff that would have to sort it as he didn’t know where they are! Had to find things in our car I could use. The lift squeaked every time it went down. Very loud and disturbing. The extractor fan was very loud and the light in the shower did not work. We understand this hotel still has on going work. However we would have liked a slightly quieter and smooth stay. At the least the water temperature to be ok.
