Disappointing, but the location was good.

Disliked:Unpleasant check-in experience - The staff at Check-in was very slow, and seemed annoyed to have anyone expect them to lift their eyes from their tablet and complete a check-in for a customer. Room Location - room directly onto the street on the ground floor with street noise a real problem. Not ideal for a room with children staying there. Room - what I suspect is plumbing problem in the bathroom leading to a very unpleasant smell in the hotel unless the light and ventilation was left constantly on in the bathroom.

Hotel clean.

Liked:Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was modern and clean. Good value for money. 12 o'clock check out was very nice.

Disliked:They should remove the bench outside in the carpark because people sit there shouting and drinking. The area around is incredibly dirty and people laying on the ground at the back of the hotel. But that's not the hotels fault. The light shines into the room at night so take an eye mask. ( see photo).

Disliked:Its saying on booking.com pets allowed. We were charge 14 pounds for a fog . No kettle in the room if you want tea or coffee you need to buy it from reception wich is open until 22:00
