Good location, fair price, reserve parking upfront

Liked:The room was clean and quiet.

Disliked:It was unclear that we had to reserve the parking spot up front, so we ended up having to park in a parking garage, which caused us to miss our appointment. The staff helped, but made it our fault and problem.
