Basics fine but I wouldn’t want to stay more than a night.

Liked:The basics were good. Room, cleanliness, breakfast all good but staff greeting and response wasn’t friendly and we didn’t feel particularly welcome. Wi-Fi didn’t work. We were told it was just “down” but it’s open source with no password and quite frankly I suspect that it doesn’t ever offer a usable service.

Disliked:Initial greeting and further interactions at the main desk weren’t particularly friendly and claiming there is usable Wi-Fi just isn’t the case.

Liked:Lovely welcome at reception. Secure garage for bike storage. Good sized room and good bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Disliked:No lift, no stairs. I understand this comes with the age of the building.

Lovely small friendly quaint Hotel.

Liked:Lovely small friendly Hotel - staff very welcoming - we stayed in a nice spacious quiet room with very comfy beds - very clean & modern - Breakfast nice continental selection in a lovely quaint room - easy walking distance to train station town area of central Koblenz - overall superb.

Disliked:Very warm during our stay and even though we had a small fan in the room - it was slightly under powered.
