Brilliant place to stay, even better with the pool being open

Liked:It is just amazing, by the Mosel river and yet reachable by bus to Koblenz old town and Seilbahn etc it has everything one can expect a 5* hotel to offer. Courteous, attentive and friendly staff make it an excellent place to stay.

Disliked:The pool wasn't working despite being told it would be fixed before we left. Explanations were unsatisfactory and no discount was offered, which is an integral part of being a 5* in our view.

excellent hotel, restaurant & location.

Liked:the whole place, location & vibe was superb. the room was large & well appointed. the bed was comfy, the shower probably he best I've ever had. the balcony was huge. food & service was super as was the breakfast spread. free car parking.

Disliked:I had to leave to continue my trip !
