We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if in the area.

Liked:Large comfortable apartment, centrally located. Easy walking distance to the old town. Communication was easy and secure parking in the city centre a bonus.

Best location nice and super clean.

Liked:Greate Greate location, 5 minutes walk to shopping centers. 2 minutes walk to supermarket. Very good bakery 1 minute walk (you can sit there and have your breakfast). Very good parking (near by, clean and modern. easy access), Further, the appartement is very clean (almost spotless). In short, I really recommand this apartment if you go to koblenz.

Disliked:Unfortunatly, there were not enough sheets for beds in the appartement. Also, the sofa bed was not ready for us (even though our reservation was clearly for 3 people). so we made the bed in living room ourself. also not enough and proper pillows available. thankfully my wife brought with herself bed sheets and also pillow covers, so we could use the sofa pillows for sleeping (which is not good). There are also not enough towels for shower. One more thing. the checkout time is not correct in booking.com. the real checkout time is on the wall in appartment and it is 10:30. so we had the cleaner lady exactly on 10:30 comming in with her keys, Please, kindly, correct the checkout time on booking.com.

Clean, modern, city location

Liked:The apartment living area is huge, as is the entry hall. The bathroom is really good, enough towels for 2 people for 2 nights. Bed is firm but we like firm beds. The quilts were just right, not as hot as most of the places we’ve stayed at in the last 8 weeks. The apartment was immaculately clean when we arrived. It’s right in the middle of the city at an intersection, but not too noisy. Interesting to sit and look at the world passing by. There is a Netto supermarket a few minutes’ walk away, and every other kind of shop or store you could want is in walking distance. The free parking is in a parking station a few minutes’ walk away. Considering it’s in a busy town, it is very convenient to park there. Marcel is very communicative and helped understand how to get the working permit which turned out to be easier than expected, although it was a quiet Sunday afternoon.

Disliked:An extra pillow each would be good.
