All other room categories and resort facilities will remain open and available for guests as usual. Please note that bed type requests are subject to availability upon check in. Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that "Hillside" zone is separated from the seaside zone by Koh Chang road. Guest will need to cross the road in order to use the facilities in the seaside zone.
